                      Engineering Manager ----- Hiring Event

 

New Century Enterprise Group Inc. is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager position.

 

Job Duties:

1. Coordinate engineering projects by establishing specifications, procedures, technical manuals and explain to relevant workers;

2. Execute contracts on behalf of the company and oversee entire engineering projects to ensure proper utilization of resources and expense management, make changes and modifications if necessary;

3. Conduct production review in all cycles, provide support in trouble shooting and technical information;

4. Maintain and improve company's internet and network by fully supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading networks and in house servers, installing and integrating new server hardware and applications, and keeping an eye out for needed updates;

5. Implement new technology and ideas into product and systems to remain competitive as well as reduce manufacturing cost;

6. Direct engineering workers by defining and coordinating activities in fabrication, operation, application, installation and maintenance of equipment;

7. Participate in recruitment and training of new engineering workers, conduct parodic performance evaluation to ensure all staff are abiding by all federal, state and local laws.

 

 

Job Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Engineering Management or a related field

36 months of experience in an Engineering Director/Engineering Manager or related position

Employer will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management or related technical field followed by 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or engineering director/engineering manager related occupation
